With Young State Park only 200 feet away, you can enjoy all that the park has to offer….beautiful sandy beach, nature trails, boat ramp/mooring, children’s playground, cross country ski trails and fishing pond.
This home has an upstairs suite with a queen bed, full size futon and a bath. On the main level there are two bedroom, bath and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The home has hardwood floors and cedar throughout. A very large deck and yard make this a perfect Northern Michigan get-away.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
For the those who love the outdoors there is plenty of fun. In the spring there are morel mushrooms to pick and Avalanche Hill to climb for a great view of Lake Charlevoix. The summer offers endless days of canoeing, fishing, golfing, and boating. There are plenty of biking/roller blading trails nearby. Watercraft and bikes rentals are available in Boyne City (1.5 miles away). At the end of the day, relax on 12’ x 44’ deck with gas grill or enjoy a campfire in the backyard fire pit. See the beautiful array of colors in the fall and visit the local orchards. It’s a skiers delight in the winter. Just a short drive to Boyne Mountain, or you can cross country ski out the side door. There are snowmobile trails to go on and ice fishing also. Year-round there are always great restaurants, shopping, gambling and events happening.
