In event of cancellation, the charges are: 50% of rent and deposit if cancelled more than 60 days prior to date of arrival: 75% of rent and deposit/fees paid if cancelled 14-59 days prior to date of arrival; and 100% of total rent/fees paid if cancelled within 14 days of date of arrival, the deposit will be returned.
