My vacation home welcomes the traveler by offering clean and spacious surroundings. There are three bedrooms, 2 baths, formal living room, formal dining room, master bedroom has large private bath with a French door which leads to the large pool deck/pool area. The kitchen has an island bar for quick meals and the family room has a stone wall fireplace for an occasional chilly night in Florida. The pool deck also has a Jacuzzi and in the side yard is a small fish pond.

Port Orange, Florida is centrally located for all major attractions, including the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando, St. Augustine and of course, the beach. The home is located within walking/biking distance to two grocery stores, restaurants (Booth's Bowery, LaFiesta, Port Orange Steak House), banks, beauty shops, movie theater . . . and yet the home is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic.
