The home is built on an oversized corner lot overlooking a wooded reserve to the rear with privacy fencing and open aspect to 3 sides. There is a huge grassed area, perfect for playing games, relaxation or both - there is room !
Our villa is furnished to a high standard, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. 2 master bedrooms with en-suites, one with French doors leading onto the pool area, as well as a further double, twin room, family bathroom and WC.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Orlando isn't just about Disney, although with easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 you can reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet you are also within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. Busch Gardens is within easy reach (approx 45 minutes by car).
If you love golf then this location is perfect, with over 20 challenging golf courses within a 30 minute drive, including the famous Championsgate course. The nearest course is within walking distance from the community.
There are many restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate area, including a 24 hr supermarket and pharmacy.
The resort is also close to the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park, a 'Celebratio style complex with fine restaurants, designer shopping, ice-cream parlours, cinema, bowling alley and indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.

Cancellations to be received in writing please and are effective from the date received by us and are subject to charges detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependent on the time you cancel.
More than 8 weeks = Deposit forfeited
Between 1 and 2 calender months prior to departure = 50% of total cost forfeited
Less than 30 days prior to departure = 100 of total cost forfeited

$300 to be paid within 7 working days of booking. Security deposit of $400 paid to management company upon arrival. On verification that all is in order this deposit will be returned within 30 days.
