Our pool vacation home has four bedrooms - two with queen size beds, two with twin beds (2 each room) - plus the sleeper sofa. Located in a quiet mature neighborhood on Lake Davenport, our home features a private pool with mature landscaping providing natural screening and privacy. The game room is located in the former garage. Internet and cable TV are also included. The kitchen and dining room flow naturally into the great room which over looks the patio doors to the pool. Wonderful for being able to keep an eye on things while fixing a meal. The central Great Room is spacious and inviting. Property is fully furnished and equipped for your vacation stay. The pool is screened in for protection against the bugs.

Enjoy our second home when we can't. Our home is located about 15 minutes from Disney, and 20 minutes from Universal, and just over an hour from Tampa. Located the Southeast corner of the intersection of US27 and US 192 it is conveniently near the Disney resort complexes and parks, and the universal and SeaWorld parks are just a few minutes further away.
Community has boat dock, community pool and hall just blocks from the house. Shopping is near - local shops plus a new mall just down US 27.
Rates vary during the year according to seasonal demand and availability. Generally we expect one half of the rental ( or $250.00 minimum ) at reservation. Full rental (or first week) is expected 30 days in advance. Cancellations more than 30 days before rental are refundable subject to a flat $30.00 cancellation fee. Those less than 30 days and more than 7 days before rental reservation date are subject to a fee of 100.00. Those less than 7 days are subject to a $150.00 fee.
Half of rental fee or $250.00 maximum w/ reservation. Credit card authorization must be left for security deposit or a cash deposit may be requested Pet damage deposit may be required, pls call.
