Niguel Beach Terrace is located between Laguna Beach and Dana Point Harbor in the Monarch Beach area of the "California Riviera" and is on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway with a short walk to Starbucks, the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis Resort, the public library and a commercial center. Dana Point harbor and marina is nearby. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets!!

Cancellation 34 days or less = No refund 50% refund
