There are many Italian, Mexican and Chinese restaurants here. You would be able to go for a nice ride on your bicycle to get to a superb restaurant.

Beach Road, located between San Clemente and Dana Point is a one of a kind Southern California Beach Front Community with views and privacy unparalleled in Southern California. With every home you step out on to your own private beach with additional miles of public beach for daily activities and exercise. Here, you can experience Southern California coastal living at its finest. The sun, surf and abundant Southern California vacation activities can’t be matched.

At 60 miles south of Los Angeles, and 65 miles north of San Diego, we are just 45 minutes to Disneyland, 25 minutes to Lego Land, 60 minutes to Sea World and within an hour of all the other great attractions Southern California has to offer. Our rentals are very centrally located to all major airports, shopping, theme parks, wineries, and fine restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation of all or part of a reservation for a property by Guest or by Capistrano Realty for non-payment, Capistrano Realty agrees to refund, or transfer, the rental deposits to guests, or other owner, only in the event that the subject property is re-rented for the canceled period under substantially the same terms and conditions as included herein. In the event of the foregoing, a refund will be given less a 14% cancellation fee. Capistrano Realty and Guest shall make their respective best efforts to re-rent in the event of cancellation. It is understood by the parties, that should the owners of the property sell the property or otherwise remove it from the market and the owner will not honor the reservation, Capistrano Realty will use its best efforts to locate a like property at a similar price. If a property, satisfactory to Guest, in its sole discretion, cannot be made available, then all monies will be returned to the Guest. Guest agrees that Capistrano Realty will have no further obligation to the Guest. Traveller's Insurance is offered by CSA for your protection regarding cancellations due to sickness, etc.

Reservation Info
To make a reservation, please click on MAKE RENTAL INQUIRY to make sure the property you'd like to rent is available for the time period you are seeking it for and have your VISA or MASTERCARD ready to make a $300.00 security deposit. Typically, your credit card will not be charged for the security deposit unless you make long distance telephone calls from the unit or the property has been damaged.

Reservations less than 90 days in advance: If you are making a reservation less than 90 days (3 months) in advance, full payment will be due immediately.

Reservations more than 90 days in advance: If you are making a reservation more than 90 days in advance, 1/2 of the the rental amount will due immediately and the balance will be due within the 90 days before your rental begins.

Holidays are Christmas, New Years, Easter, and Thanksgiving. Rentals are not available on a daily basis during holidays. Please contact us by clicking on Make Rental Inquiry for more specific holiday information.
