Our 5 bedroom lakeside home is the perfect place for your next vacation. You will find Cumbrian Lakes to be a quiet, peaceful place to come after a day enjoying the attractions around Orlando. Cumbrian Lakes is surrounded by conservation areas and has beautiful walking paths for the nature lover. With a private pool and spa you can relax each evening in solitude and comfort. Our south facing deck and pool receive sun all year. Nearly every room in the house has a spectacular view of the central lake. Come and enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer. Our house features a huge master bedroom suite with master bathroom. Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom with walkout onto the pool deck. The three remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, which are perfect for kids.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
A deposit of $100/week will reserve our house for your next holiday. If the reservation is cancelled and we are able to rent the house to another guest we will refund all payments minus any transfer fees. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the date of your arrival.

We ask for a down payment of $100 per week to reserve our house. For stays under one week we ask for a $90 cleaning fee.
