Hello, we are Mark and Tina Wise and we are offering our/your beautiful country home for rent, perfect for that great family vacation!
Here is the "total relax!" 2,500 sq ft, 3 BR, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room, studio, 15ft x 18ft pool, cable, sundeck, spacious lawn, terrace, large brick BBQ grill, garage, laundry room. There are 7 beds, but up to 14 can sleep w/portable matresses that we have.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Your country home is located in the outskirts of the sleepy town of Tehuixtla, Morelos. It's the perfect location to see some of Mexico's finest attractions: 3 waterparks from 5 to 30 min away (including El Rollo, Latin America's largest...we'll get up to 4 people in for half price!).
Lake Tequesquitengo (10 min away: skiing, swimming, Sky Diving/Ultra-Light flights).
Cuernavaca (30 min away: the city of eternal springtime!).
Grutas de Cacahuamilpa (60 min away: world class caves).
Tepoztlan (60 min away: mystical small town).
Mexcio City (2 hours away).
Acapulco (2 1/2 hours away).
State of Oaxaca (8 hrs away: great beaches!)
Like spas? 60 min away are some excellent ones in the fun town of Ixtapan de la Sal!
Everywhere you can buy souvenirs from your unforgetable stay in this wonderful country! You can see all of these places, to include Tehuixtla, by doing an internet search!

Amenities
You may contract Juanita to clean and cook (yes, real mexican food!). She charges $20.00 USD per day and is completely reliable. She makes one's stay more pleasant!
We'll go with you to the choose your food from the local market place!
We will also send you information about arriving to the house via bus or car (either way is very simple from the Mexico City Intl Airport, 80 miles NE). We can also transport up to 4 guests to/from the airport in our SUV ($100 USD for everyone).

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
$800 USD per week; $2,200 USD per month.
Cancellation policy/refunds:
We know that things happen beyond your control and you might have to cancel your reservation. Call us, even at the last minute so we can work out another arrival date and you won't lose any money.
If you must cancel, you will be refunded as follows:
Up to 60 days before arrival date 80%
30 and 60 days before arrival date 50%
15 and 30 days before arrival date 30%
Less than 15 days before arrival date 20%

Deposits:
Via bank transfer of entire amount to our Banamex account 6 to 8 weeks before occupany. We will send you email confirmation of receipt of deposit, which also serves as reservation confirmation.
