We have a 3 night minimum stay policy in the summer.
We will consider one night stays, $200/night double occupancy.
Our Holiday Rate is the same as our summer rate.

A $200 reservation deposit via personal check or paypal and applied towards your rent.
A fully refundable security deposit of $250 (personal check) so we can void it and return it by USPS.
