Private 4 bd, 4 ba Cozumel villa that is 500 yards from the oceanfront street. There is a 2 level swimming pool with a small rock fountain, a tropical garden, off street parking, free internet service and 2 sets of washers and dryers for guest use.

Relax in a cushioned lounge chair around the two level, private swimming pool and listen to the gentle sound of water as it cascades from the little rock fountain into the pool. You can sit in the sun or relax under our large, tropical shade tree.
Enjoy a siesta in one of the double size hammocks under the palapa covered patio. Blossoms of bougainvilleas, hibiscus and other tropical plants and flowers adorn the garden and there are banana trees, a little lime tree and a beautiful, large tropical shade tree.
This villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with it's own private bath and it is extremely well equipped and filled with amenities. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, less than 500 yards from the Mexican Caribbean and within walking distance to a public beach (south) and the main square downtown (north).
For greater privacy, the villas is divided into two separate units, each with 2 master bedrooms, living/dining area and kitchen.
4 king size beds, but 2 can each be changed to 2 twins. Also a futon sofa bed & day bed.

Cozumel is a beautiful island and in the Mexican Caribbean. It's one of the safest vacation destinations in the world and a popular location for scuba divers. But Cozumel has so much more to offer than just diving. There is snorkeling, parasailing, windsurfing, kite boarding, jet skis, glass bottom boats, a submarine ride, swim with dolphin program and a number of different beaches on the west side and the east side of the island
There's also horseback riding, zip lines, Mayan ruins, great restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, jeep tours, an 18 hole Nicklaus designed golf course, a botanical garden, an eco park, nightlife and a mini golf course. There are taxis and rental cars for transportation, "super store" grocery stores, quality hospitals and pharmacies.
Known as a safe destination for vacationers, the people of Cozumel are warm and friendly. Although the legal currency is Mexican pesos, U.S. dollars are accepted almost everywhere.

Color TVs, cable, wireless high speed internet, bring your laptop with a USB port and we can provide a magicJack unit giving you free long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada. There are DVD players and movies, music CDs and a CD player plus a reading library. Both kitchens are fully-equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cookware & utensils. There are hair dryers, iron & ironing board, even spices, wine glasses & hand painted margarita glasses. Maid service is 6 days a week. All sheets, bath & beach towels are provided. Washers & dryers on site for guests to use in the evenings.

Summer Low Season: (May-August) $1,869/wk for up to 8 guests
Fall Discount Season: (Sept - Dec. 16) $1,695/wk for up to 8 guests
Currently avaialble for New years 2011-2012 at $3,325/wk for up to 8 guests.
Additional guests are $75/wk each up to a maximum of 11.
There are 14% local fees and a refundable $300 security deposit.
