We rent ONLY one large apartment ( 200 m2) + private loggias ( 50 m2) equiped, garden and swimming pool with jacuzzi on the roman stairway, in Villa Historic House , listed monument ex.monastery of XIII century, all restored , in the country with plants olives around, at 1 km of little Etruscan town, at 10 minutes of Cortona, in the south of Florence( 1 hour by train or motorway). At 2 hours of Rome

This rental house is very well for the people like to take rest in the historic house , and want to visit all the towns of Tuscany and Umbria.

Only the owners live in this Villa very large ( 1000 m2), you have a total privacy, the owners are presents for some help or some advices for guests..

This apartment is very well for 4 or 5 people and also with some children

THis house is an old monastery XIII century, all restaured

March, october and November : 1200 $ / WEEK ( saturday to saturday ) for 4 people, the children under 5 years don't paye

MARCH AND APRILE : 1000 $ + 100 $ final cleaning by week in the
month of Aprile for 4 people.
Heating not included

MAY : 1200 $ + 100 $ Final cleaning


The caution is 400 $


THIS PRICES ARE FOR 4 PEOPLE FOR 1 WEEK ( saturday to saturday )

Each saturday all the apartement is cleaning and the linen l for house and swimming pool is changed : 120 $ by wee
