Minimum 3 month stay. Monthly $1,300-$1,600. Longer rental availble. Unit available furnished or unfurished for long stay. From 6/1/07-10/31/07 Rental is $1,350 monthly. From 11/01/07 -5/30/08 rental is $1,600.00. A 1 year lease is $1300 per month.
