We have a very nice 3 bedroom apartment with many luxurious features that our guests love. We do our very best to ensure that our guests really enjoy staying here.
We have many comments from our previous guests. I will be glad to email some of them to you for you to review when you contact me.
As you seew in the ad, we have a really deluxe 6 person hot tub and a roof deck with an amazing view of our Chicago city skyline. This is a great place to watch the city lights or the sunset. You can also see the fireworks from Navy Pier, Grant Park, or US Cellular Field very well from there. Then there is also our huge shower with body sprays and steam generator. These are some of the best features of the rental that our guests really love.
If you are a baseball fan, you will find our location perfect as we are a very short walk to U.S. Cellular Field, home of the 2005 World Series Champion Chicago White Sox.
The kitchens and bathrooms are stocked with many of the basics that you will need such as coffee, tea, paper products etc. I rent myself when I travel and I hate having to run out to get necessities that should be in the rental.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our rental is a short 15-20 minute drive or cab ride or a short ride on our great public transportation system from the attractions that most people are interested in. It is a very fast trip to downtown, the museums and all of the great attractions of Chicago.
We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If you will have a car, there is plenty of parking. We are also starting to rent our garage for private parking when it is available

Amenities
This is a list of the main amenities: Roof Deck with incredible view of Chicago skyline (weather permitting during bwinter weather), Cedar paneled addition with 6 person luxury hot tub. There are 1.5 baths. Bathroom #1 has a 5 foot by 3 ? foot walk in steam bath shower with Grohe body sprays, Kohler bathroom fixtures, and marble floors. There is high speed wireless internet and a desktop PC for your use. Each bedroom has a queen bed.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Our rates vary by season and the length of the rental. Guests staying 5 days or more get the best rates. The rates are $100-250 per night and $750-1,100 per week. Half of the total cost is due at booking. The other half is due 30 days before the start of the rental after which there are no refunds unless those days are re-rented. There is a 2 or 3 night minimum at all times. Maximum number of guests per unit is 6-7 people.

Deposits:
Each rental requires a $75 cleaning fee and a $200 security deposit. We don't rent the unit for parties of any kind or to younger adults. Someone in the group must be 25 or older.
