If the cancellation is made after a period of time longer than 48 hours after booking there will be no refund. $100.00 per apartment CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF: the kitchen is not clean, dishes are not clean and put back and if garbage is left in the apartments or for smoking in the unit

In the unfortunate event that there is damage done to the unit or the furnishings inside, or if the keys are not returned, the cost will be charged on the credit card used for the booking and a 8% processing fee will be added.
