SINGLE FAMILY HOME WITH PRIVATE SCREENED ENCLOSED POOL LOCATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY OF CHATHAM PARK:
Our Beautiful home comes fully equipped with 2 car garage. Master bedroom has queen size bed en-suite bath with tv to watch during the evening hours. Second bedroom has a double which sleeps 2 and the 3rd bedroom has two twins . Second FULL bathroom is shared between the 2nd and third bedrooms. Both bathroom are supplied with hairdryers, sample soaps and toilet paper.
Living room and dining room comforts for the whole family. Living room has full size tv and vcr. Dining room seats up to 6 guests. Ceiling fans thru out the home to help cool down even more during the summer months.
Linens and towels provided for the whole family. Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, automatic ice maker, utensils, pots and pans. Laundry area available including washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Relax also in our lovely private screened in pool.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Chatham Park also has a lovely park for the kids to enjoy which also has a basketball and tennis court. Guests can also enjoy our community pool for meeting up with other guests. We are minutes by car to MAGIC KINGDOM,
EPCOT, SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, close to shopping, INCLUDING OUR NEW
WALLMART SUPERCENTER, and many good restaurants TO ENJOY LIKE OUTBACKS, TG
FRIDAYS, and even for the children a MC DONALDS WITH PLAYGROUND very near.
Enjoy Old Town which is famous for it high ferris wheel in the evening hours and on Saturday nights the old 50s cruise down the main street of Old Town.

Please add 13% Florida tax to all reservations. Checkin is at 4pm and check out at 10am. Pool heat available at $20 per day during the winter months or when needed. Please inquire regarding rates and reservation information. Stays under 7 nights will have an extra $65 cleaning fee charged.

Deposits:
Upon reserving your home, there is a $200 deposit which goes towards rental and balance due 45 days prior. $200 damage deposit also required and will be returned if no damages occur.
