Our very private ground floor condo is over 2,000 Sq. Ft. of luxurious living. High ceilings, tile floors and completely furnished. Many amenities including 2 TV's with cable, DVD player, completely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Two expansive patios; one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Dramatic bi-level design. Small private patio with it's own water fountain.off the dining area. The condo has 2 swimming pools and a gym. There is a private beach club only for residents with a huge free-form pool overlooking the beach and Marina. The jacuzzi at the beach club is almost large enough to swim in. The award-winning Los Suenos Golf course is but a short walk from our unit. Guests enjoy a discount on golf. The Marriott hotel has 5 restaurants and a Casino. Room service is available to our condo with advance notice.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
As you enter the Los Suenos Resort you pass a portion of the Golf course on your left. If you continue past the Marriott Hotel you come to probably the best Marina in all of Central America. Sport Fishing is readily available as are tours to nearby islands in the Gulf. Nearby Jaco Beach is but a 10 min. drive for additional restaurants, shops, casinos, horseback riding, and tours to nearby waterfalls and canopy tours (swing through the trees attached to a cable high above the ground). National Parks are nearby. Jaco Beach and the Los Suenos Resort have medical care available. For the adventurous, hiking and rock climbing is available in the area.
