The bungalow is a short walk from what is known the finest beach in the entire area and it is also within walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

High Season 1 Dec - 15 April: $1,890/w
Low Season 16 April - 30 Nov: $1,290/w
Thanksgiving and Easter: $1,890/w
Xmas and New Year: $2,600/w

-All cancellations forfeit the 50% reservation deposit. Provided the house can be re-rented for the same period, the remaining 50% is fully refundable minus administration costs and rate differences.

Deposits:

In order to book a property the customer needs to fill out a rental agreement and send it back to us. Then we require 50% up front and the other 50% 30 days before the arrival date.
