 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Rates vary depending on the time of year and length of stay, we try our best to accommodate clients to make the stay comfortable and affordable, so if you would like to make an offer, there is no harm in asking. In order to make a reservation we require 50% payment of the total amount, and the other 50% 30 days prior to your reservation, if this is a last minute booking it will have to paid in full and and will be non-refundable (in case of death or family emergencies you will have a credit for your stay that is valid for 1 year) In order to receive a full refund you must cancel no less then 8 weeks prior to your reservation date, if after that time only 50% of the deposit will be returned (if canceled less then 4 weeks prior to the reservation date deposits are non-refundable)
