We are a private couple....willing to rent our own custom condo to discerning guests seeking a unique experience in Costa Rica while enjoying the benefits of a private resort condo as a vacation rental!
Located within an oceanfront Eden, is a condominium unlike any other! This second floor unit shows pride in ownership throughout! Solid cedar arched doorways provide access to all rooms, each one having a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.
This custom condo is located within a resort set on 80 acres of lush landscaping. It is less than a 5 min. stroll down the hill to the cobalt blue sand and the Pacific Ocean.
-Two Private Bedrooms/ full private bathrooms (sleeps 6)
-Guest room w/ separate outside entrance and kitchenette
-Spacious 1800 SF layout
-Fully air conditioned
-King Beds in each master suite

Additional information about surrounding area and attractions:
Private Referrals within Costa Rica: Upon booking this custom condo we will e-mail oa listing of private services, restaurants, activities, etc. that are located outside of the condo and the resort!
Snorkeling / Diving: Costa Rica offers great snorkeling that is available right off shore of the local beach San Juanillo (2 miles south of the resort). Off shore diving tours can also be arranged at the resort office (including dive certifications).
Surfing: Enjoy great surfing in the nearby town of Marbella (about 15-20 min. from the oceanfront condos within the resort). Drive to the world famous beaches in Tamarindo and enjoy shopping, surfing, local arts and crafts and restaurants.
Fishing Trips: Try ocean fishing- species in Costa Rica include Bill Fish, Snapper, Rooster Fish, Pacific Blue Marlin, Pacific Sailfish, Dorado, Yellow Fin Tuna.
Turtle Viewing: Go on this adventure to "hold on" to giant ocean turtles (Oct.-Dec.)
White water rafting tours.
Canopy/volcano tours

Private Beach: Pacific Ocean-Spectacular location for romantic sunset beach walks, shelling, etc.
Pools / Jacuzzis: The resort includes an oceanfront infiniti pool, children’s wading pool, & Jacuzzi. The condo accommodation area also has a private pool for your relaxation.
Restaurants: 2 restaurants within the resort offer a selection of cuisine common in Costa Rica, International cuisine, casual dining and service bars.
