The vast living and kitchen area boasts beautiful local hardwoods that are recently varnished to a furniture shine. The cozy sitting area has a comfortable sofa and chairs and a TV. There is a massive dining table for eating, playing and drinking! There are 2 bedrooms with twin and queen beds, each have access to the bathroom. Annexed to this is the master suite with a queen bed where there is also a kitchenette with it's own bathroom, private porch and lockable doors from the outside and inside. Inside and up the steps you come to a large loft area, perfect for the kids to get away from under your feet and lots of space with banisters for safety and a large fan.

A dream come true for the owners, the original house was lost in a hurricane. David has been visiting Caye Caulker for years and then decided that he really wanted a home to come to instead of somebody else's. Along with his two sons, David built this home to meet the needs of a large family and friends.
