Description of surrounding area and attractions
Located between Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs off the majestic Ute Pass, our house is nestled in the foothills of Pike's Peak. Hiking, horse-back riding, spelunking (Cave of the Winds), fishing, cross-country skiing, rafting, and exploring the Garden of the Gods or riding the cog train up Pike's Peak Mountain are only the beginning. We have been vacationing at the house for over three years now and still haven't exhausted all of the tourist destinations nearby, from the highest zoo in the world, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, to Seven Falls, Buckskin Joe's Frontier Town, Ironsprings Melodrama Dinner Theatre, Flying W Ranch, Cripple Creek Railroad and Gold Mine Museum, and more!

$150 cleaning fee. $25/nt pet fee if approved by owner.
Rentor/head of party must be at least 25 years old.
Four-wheel drive highly recommended during snow season.
