Solitude House is a newly constructed designer Villa sitting on the white sand shores of Solitude Bay on St Croix’s desirable East End. Unobstructed views of the blue Caribbean Sea and Buck Island are the focal point of this magnificent home. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, custom kitchen, mahogany vanity tops in the baths, a flat screen TV in the living room and AC in all bedrooms. Custom built mahogany and glass doors open to the pool and views. Detached from the main house, for total privacy, is the 2 bedroom 1 bath pool house with flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave and AC in the bedrooms. Walk the path to a white sandy beach where the calm waters of Solitude Bay await. Your own snorkel spot lies just off the beach where a half submerged boat has created a fascinating artificial habitat for sea life.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is no refund during HIGH SEASON unless the property can be re-booked for the same rate and time. If the property can be rented under these conditions. 80% of the payment made will be refunded. OFF-SEASON: More than 45 days notice - 80% of payments made will be refunded. Less than 45 days notice - no payment is refunded. We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in the event you are forced to cancel. DAMAGE DEPOSITS: Damage deposits are refunded within 30 to 45 days of your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage, missing items, long-distance calls charged to the villa's telephone or extraordinary clean up. Your credit card will be charged and you will receive a letter and documents explaining any charges. NOTE: Most of our villas have long distance restrictions on the phone, a credit or calling card must be used.
VACATION ST. CROIX requires that 50% of the rent is due here within 14 days of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of the rent, VI Hotel Tax, and damage deposit are due 45 days prior to your arrival.
