For cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the Check In Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid (less a 10% administrative fee). Cancellations (or early departure or changes that result in a shortened stay) that are made within sixty (60) days of the Check In Date forfeit the amount paid.
Deposits:
An ADVANCE PAYMENT equal to 50% of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE is payable within ten (10) days of Owner emailing Agreement to Guest. Payments for the BALANCE of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE, together with the $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT (as defined below), are payable thirty (30) days before Guest Check In Date. During the occupancy period, any damages to the Property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear caused through Guest actions or negligence are the responsibility of Guest and will be deducted from Guest Damage Deposit.
