Located next to the Grafton bird sanctuary this traditionally designed semi-detached villa affords luxury accommodation within the secure Sanctuary Villa estate, close to Mt Irvine Bay and up the hill from the village of Pleasant Prospect, which boasts not only a couple of local restaurants, a pizzeria, two bars, and a shop, but an all important (but rare) cash point.
The nearest beaches are only five minutes walk away - though the owners’ Hyundai Matrix car is included in the rental price, is a lazy alternative! Tosca’s spacious living accommodation can comfortably sleep 6 (8 at a pinch) which makes it ideal for two families, or a group of friends sharing.
