This newly built lovely two bedrooms
villa; with two bathrooms, a fully equipped
kitchen, spacious open
plan lounge and dining room. The large
balcony over-looks forest and well maintained
gardens surrounded by fruit
trees with views of the Pitons and the sea.
The villa is situated on an elevated site in
Choiseul which is on the South side of the
Island approximately 8 miles from the
main Airport, approx 10 minutes walk to
the sea, ideal for families who wish to get
away from the hustle and bustle. There
are local village stores within easy walking
distance and
a Saturday market
is situated in
the next village
approx 3 minutes
drive away.
The villa sleeps 5/6 persons. It is not suitable
for children under 5 years old. Public
transport is within easy reach, or car hire
is available if required.
With its breezy location and open-plan design,
Mosquitoes are rare and air conditioning
is not needed, even for those
unaccustomed to the Caribbean heat.
