Rates for the Pueblo Bavaro Vacation Rental Apartment

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Rates vary according to time requested. Full refund of rental rates plus deposit when cancellation done 30 days in advance. When cancellation done from 29-25 days in advance= 20% cancellation fee will be discounted, and full deposit will be reimbursed. When cancellation is done 24 to 20 days in advance= 30% cancellation fee will be discounted, and full security deposit will be reimbursed. At the 20th day before the rental date, only the security deposit will be reimbursed. THERE WILL NOT BE A REIMBURSEMENT OF RENTAL FEE.

 Deposits:

The amount of security deposit will be equal to the rental fee for periods of time of less than two months. For instance, the fee for a one week rental period requires the same amount as security deposit. A one month rental fee requires the same amount as deposit. The same for two months rental periods. For more than two months rental period, the security deposit will be only equal for the fee for two months.
