Northern lights beachfront condos is a small 9 unit condo complex located on grand cayman's pristine northcoast. The beauty and comfort of these units are only matched by their natural surroundings; with 240ft of sandy beach, a coral reef teaming with marine life only 100ft from the shore and 5 of the islands most virgin dive sites within swimming distance, it is natural marine playground. In addition, it boast a panoramic view of 10 miles of coastline. The buildings are tucked away amongst the native seagrape and coconut palms which gives you the feeling of being in the tree tops looking at the multicolored caribbean sea. Each unit has a view of the pool, ocean and a private dock with a thatched cabana at the end ( a perfect place to watch the sunsets). There is no better place on Cayman to pefect the art of doing nothing and getting in touch with your senses.

Northern Lights is located near to the village of Old man bay (population 200). located 2 miles away is the island's only botanic park,home to all native fauna and the endangered green cayman iguana. There are several nice restaurants within a 6 mile radius from the property as well as two reputable dive operators. A supermarket and two liquor stores and a 1 gas station round out the necessary services available in the area.As cayman is a religious community, there are 4 churches in the area. Its a great place to walk or jog and watch the native cayman parrotts in their natural environment. This side of the island is still relatively undeveloped so it still has an island feeling and the people are very friendly, helpful and enjoy receiving visitors in their community.
Each condo has fully equipped kitchens, linens etc. Satellite TV,dvd player, telephone and wireless internet are available. Each master bath boast a whirpool bath and double corian sinks and a dressing area. There is central airconditioning and each room and both screen porches have ceiling fans for the circulation of the air of your choice. There is a large fresh water pool with ample deck for privacy.A step down from the pool deck leads to the sandy beach and a private dock with a cabana.
Rates range from us$175.00 -$295.00 per night All deposits refunded in full up to 30 days prior to arrival, however in the event of weather, and other circumstances beyond our control all deposits will be refunded.
