Calvados Heights offers the discerning holidaymaker a comfortable spacious holiday home with a large kidney shaped private pool set in colourful tropical gardens. This split level villa sleeps 4, while the airconditioned garden apartment sleeps 2. The villa can be rented for 4 persons, the apartment for 2 persons or both together for 6 persons. The property is never rented to separate parties at the same time, so your privacy is ensured.
The bedrooms are all airconditioned and ensuite - the master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds; the apartment has a double bed.
The villa has a spacious living room, opening onto a covered veranda with dining table and easy chairs. The modern airy kitchen opens onto a covered roof garden which houses the main alfresco dining area with views up the rugged Antiguan southern coastline.
Steps from the villa or garden apartment lead to the private pool, which is not overlooked, with lounging chairs and deck, shade umbrellas and an outside shower.
The garden apartment has its own entrance and comprises a kitchen, spacious living/bedroom with ensuite bathroom and its own balcony with shade umbrella.
