Description of surrounding area and attractions
Villa Sunbay is located on a Gulf access canal in Southwest Cape Coral in a great area with many newer homes. Several stores and restaurants are a few minutes away by car. Local attractions include the Sunsplash Waterpark in Cape Coral, the Edison Home in Fort Myers, and the beautiful Gulf beaches along the coast. Visit the zoo in Naples (1.5 hrs) and Busch Gardens in Tampa (2 hrs), play a round of golf on one of the numerous public courses in the area, and explore the waterways on the Hurricane deckboat, which offers room for up to ten people.
