This spacious north-facing house is situated in the countryside, 30 minutes from Christchurch airport and 35 minutes from the centre of the beautiful garden city of Christchurch. The skifields are a picturesque 60 min drive, and the beaches are only 30 minutes away. Christchurch is located on the Canterbury Plains, and is bordered by the Southern Alps to the west, the Pacific Ocean to the east, Waimakariri River to the north and Banks Peninsula to the south. Canterbury offers a diverse range of outdoor activities, reflecting its varied terrain: skiing, jet boating, fishing, ballooning, rafting, scenic aeroplane rides, hiking, wildlife parks, International Antarctic Centre.
