Hello. I'm Tim Miller. My brother and I bought this penthouse back in 2004. Shortly after that, in 2005 we had the worst storm Cancun had ever seen, Hurricane Wilma. We tried to make the best of the situation. So we took decided to take the extended 'down time' and do a major renovation and really make the place nice. Sprawling first floor level includes the living room, dining room,
kitchen, entry, laundry room, powder room, large main terrace area, the 4th
bedroom with private bath and shower. Kitchen has everything you need
including reverse osmosis system for fresh, clean water. 37” flat screen HD TV in
kitchen/bar area, and LR. 27” flat screen HD TV in bedroom 4. All flat
screens have over 150 channels available for free - AND MUCH MUCH MORE!!!!

Large Private Terrace with panoramic views of the Caribbean on one
side and Lagoon de Amor on the other.
* Penthouse faces East, and is right on the ocean. For those who don’
t know Cancun real well, on the other side of the of the main road through
the Cancun Hotel Zone is a beautiful fresh water lagoon. So when you see
pictures showing views of both, that is why.
* Nice resort (hotetur Beach Paradise) has a nice pool with swim up
bar, nice private beach, large Jacuzzi, 3 restaurants, several lounges both
inside and out, a gym, a spa, massage services, a tennis court, childrens play
area, a theater, and a convenience store.
The resort is all inclusive, but this feature is optional. Either
way, most guests opt to have our manager in Cancun take them to the Super
Walmart to stock up the kitchen for their stay. We also have a large cooler on wheels that you are permitted to take down pool side or beach side with you.
