There is a full Marina next door to the complex with groceries, boat launch, gas for boats, and moorage spaces for rent. Anglemont Golf Course is a 10 minute drive. ***Boat rental of a 17 ft. Open Bow Wakeboard Boat is available as an add-on at a cost of $275 per day, based on availability.***
At the complex there is a pebble beach, roped off swimming area, floating dock to swim to. There is also a community firepit right by the water....a beautiful way to complete the day.
$1095.00 CN per week to September3/10 (7 nights) Check In 4 PM Saturday/Sunday; Check-Out 10 AM the following Sat/Sunday. If you cancel any time, payments (less 1 night's rent) are refunded if re-rented. Cleaning fee of $75.00 waived on stays of over 5 nights. Payments accepted by Personal Cheque, Bank Draft. Off Season Rates available upon request. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. $900.00 per week September 4 to October 31/10 A Cleaning Fee of $75.00 applies to stays under 6 days.
50% of Rent is required to complete the booking; balance due 30 days in advance. A Refundable Security Deposit equal to two night's rent ($312) is required.
