Huge deck overlooks Sansom Narrows, Gulf Islands including Salt Spring. Nicely finished interior with stone fireplace, gas stove, fridge, and hot water. Solar system provides electricity. Master Suite has small balcony, ensuite and Queen Bed. Second Bedroom has double bed and loft has single bed. All rooms have beautiful ocean veiws. Very large deck provide outside living area. A path from the cabin leads down to a deck and 180 feet of shoreline. Small aluminum boat and oars are on the deck built on the ocean. Property is 1.25 acres, much of which is landscaped including a fish pond.

Located close to Maple Bay and Genoa Bay in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. This is a very secluded property and we strongly suggest a 4 wheel vehicle as the road is rough. We are only 20 minutes from Duncan and about 1 hour north of Victoria. The Cowichan Valley offers great restaurants, a new wine industry and many recreational amenities like kayaking, sailing, whale watching, fishing and several fine golf courses.
We provide linens, towels etc. We have a small aluminum boat with oars and 3 adult life jackets. We also have a crab trap.
March, April and October - $800.00 per week May and September - $1,000.00 per week June, July and August - $1,200.00 per week
Deposit of $200.00 per week by personal cheque. This deposit then becomes damage deposit which is returned upon Check out. Rental is payable upon arrival.
