Our luxury air-conditioned villa is ideal for a two family holiday and with a sofa bed, it is possible to sleep a maximum of 10 people. Considered to be one of the most stylish subdivisions, Calabay Parc is a beautifully planned community of luxury vacation homes on spacious sites with winding streets and a family recreation park.
Villa Albatross has all the space you could want as well as a wonderful pool, which your family can enjoy in privacy, comfort and peace. Eating in is so easy. The villa becomes yours for the whole vacation - a real home from home, which is ideal if you have young children who need to be in bed relatively early, or if you want to simply relax after a busy day.
We offer free international telephone calls (no mobile phones), high speed internet connection. 42" plasma in the lounge with DVD and some films available. A Wii is also available for your added entertainment. We have games room with pool, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts.

Calabay Parc is tranquil, stylish and elegant but at the same time located at the heart of one of worlds most exciting destinations. The main gate at Disney is just 10 minutes away and you have easy access to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, all of the Orlando theme parks and attractions. Calabay Parc is superbly positioned to provide an excellent base for a truly wonderful holiday in Central Florida. Aded to that you will find an abundance of local golf courses. The property is fitted with an alarm and we have a safe for your use. All doors to the pool area have child safety alarms. We have TVs in all rooms. Linen, towels and pool towels are all availble for your use. We have hairdryers in the bathrooms.
Additional information about amenities:
We have a covered lania area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Loungers are also available. We have two master bedrooms with en suite facilities. Both bedrooms and the lounge have doors fitted with child safety locks, opening onto the pool area. We have a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area and a breakfast nook. There is a large washing machine and gas tumble drier. There is a games room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts.
