The villa is just 14 minutes from Disney World and just a little further to Universal Parks. Calabay Parc is a very well kept pretty estate in the most sought after area of Orlando. Situated on Route US27 the villa is just moments from the Interstate 4.

Many Golf areas located nearby. There is many shopping areas close by on Route 27 and a very large Walmart just 4 miles north.
