The Master features a queen sized bed, along with a private bath with a large jetted tub. The second bedroom offers a set of captain bunks with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top, with a private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home!!

Rates for the Ridge Street Chalet Vacation Rental Condo

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Reservations
A two-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking on a major credit card, to confirm a reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Full deposit less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all monies will be forfeited, unless the revenue is rebooked, less a $100 cancellation fee.

Security Deposit
We require a credit card number on file prior to or at the time of check-in. Guests will be responsible for any unit damage, any extra housekeeping, or loss of keys. Alpine Meadows is authorized to charge all property damages, at that time an itemized statement will be sent itemizing these additional charges.

Payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, Travelers Checks and Personal Checks. With all Cash, Travelers Checks, and Personal Checks we require a Credit Card as a backup form of payment.

Check-In/Check-Out Services
The Alpine Meadows Management Office is located at 416 South Ridge Street in Breckenridge. The office is one block east of Main Street, on the south end of Ridge Street.

8:30am to 6:00pm Friday and Saturday
Closed Sundays

Pet Policy
All of our properties pets are prohibited.
