Families and children are welcomed to Villa Rosanna which is a privately owned, air conditioned, detached villa with four bedrooms which easily sleep six. There are two single fold-up beds available to rent if your party is larger. The non-smoking villa is decorated to a very high standard with everything in place to make your holiday more comfortable. The kitchen has a washing machine, dish washer, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and toaster plus an outdoors barbeque area. The living room has satellite TV plus DVD and CD player. There are two bathrooms. Try the roof terrace in the evening to watch the sun set or eat 'al fresco' on the ground floor terrace. Towels and a weekly maid service are included in the weekly rate.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Villa Rosanna is ideally situated to suit all holidaymakers needs. The beautiful unspoilt Ephesus beach is a few minutes walk away. However if you are looking for something more lively, Kusadasi is a ten minute drive/bus ride away with its many shops and restaurants. For a more traditional town try Selcuk, another short journey, especially on a Saturday morning when the farmers market makes it a place worth visiting. For the more culturally inclined, then Ephesus is close by with it's ancient city full of marvels.

Amenities
The villa is set on a small complex very close to the beach with a number of 5* hotels within a ten minute walk with a variety of pools and restaurants. If you have children you must try the Aquapark Hotel for a fantastic day out!

High Season 876USD per week (July, August, September)
We reserve right to readvertise dates if the balance has not been received by due date. If holiday cancelled within 4 weeks of start date no refunds will be made.

175USD will secure booking - balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. Payment to be made by bank transfer. Damage deposit 438USD returned two weeks after your return providing no damage/breakages.
