A large palapa covering the pool patio, gives shade and cooling while sitting in the ocean breezes by your private pool. Outdoor cooking on a large propane barbeque next to the pool and palapa.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our home is located on the Playa de Coco beach, close to golfing at the Grand Bay resort and is approximately 12 miles (20 kms) from three different towns. Each have something different to offer, like deep sea fishing, scuba diving etc. Weekly markets come to each town on a different day, so you can be sure to catch one. The area restaurants offer fantastic seafood meals in different settings, so you will never be bored. Unique small towns up the coast offer magnificent scenery making the rental car a huge asset to your holiday. The beach steps away from our home is over 20 miles long only a with few people on it.

For 2008 Starting in March there is only a 3 day miinmum with off season rates.
Christmas and New Years, $350.00 per day, 7 day minimum
Saturday after New Years to the last Saturday in Novembe 2008 will be off season rates.
Monthy rate of $3500.00 from May to October 2008
ON ALL DAYS, the 5th and 6th guests are $35.00 each extra.
