The building itself has been remodelled & styled, using only the best fittings and with the use of the restored beams and delicate colours make this a light and airy atmosphere in this top floor apartment which also has a lift.
The designer has created a perfect space for relaxing after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping.
In the living area you find a double sofa with coffee table in front of the TV and Hi-Fi.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It has a fridge, freezer, electric cooker, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and set of kitchenware. Also has a table with seating for two.
The main bedroom has a double bed and is decorated in a simple yet elegant manner; the bedroom has french windows which open up onto a small balcony where you can enjoy the nice views of Barcelona´s roofstops

This lovely apartment is situated in the most bohemian district of Barcelona, the Born. Located in a pedestrian and quiet street you only have to walk a few minutes to get to the centre of town by following the narrow streets of the area and discovering small squares and charming corners.
This area has plenty of restaurants, bars and designer shops.
In 5 minutes you can walk to the bottom part of this district where the famous Santa Maria del Mar church, Born avenue and Picasso museum.
With less than 10 minutes walking you can get to Plaza Cataluna and Las Ramblas.
The nearest public transport station is: Metro L1 Arc de Tiomf.
