This luminous apartment has a dining-living room, very bright and modern, with large windows allowing an unusual amount of light to enter into the apartment. It is equipped with two double sofa-beds, TV and DVD player. The kitchen, very colorful and contemporary is integrated in the living room and it is totally equipped. There’s also an interior patio with access from the kitchen. It has one bathroom with a large walk-in shower and fresh towels for your use. It is composed of one double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and it has also an open space leaving off the entrance area with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The total surface is 80sqm and it is possible to sleep a maximum of four people. It is located on the third floor of a renewed building with elevator where you can find two other apartments for rent: Andromeda and Aries apartments.

The apartment is located on a quiet street just off one of Palma's main shopping streets: C/San Miquel. The San Miquel Street leads in to the centre square Placa Mayor and the intricate maze of small streets full of boutiques and bars that is Palma centre. It is also very near to the bus and train station on Placa Espanya where for example the airport bus stops and the famous Soller train line begins.
