It is located on the fourth floor of a renewed building with elevator where you can find two other apartments for rent: Aquarius and Aries apartments.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The apartment is located on a quiet street just off one of Palma's main shopping streets: C/San Miquel. The San Miquel Street leads in to the centre square Placa Mayor and the intricate maze of small streets full of boutiques and bars that is Palma centre.
It is also very near to the bus and train station on Placa Espanya where for example the airport bus stops and the famous Soller train line begins.
