This luminous apartment has a dining-living room, very bright and modern, with large windows allowing an unusual amount of light to enter into the apartment. It is equipped with two double sofa-beds, TV and DVD player. The kitchen, very colorful and contemporary is integrated in the living room and it is totally equipped. You also have access to a washing and drying machine in the kitchen area.
Through a hallway you will find the two bathrooms, both with large walk-in showers and fresh towels for your use.
It is composed of two bedrooms: The main one is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are very luminous and spacious.
The total surface is 87sqm and it is possible to sleep a maximum of six people.
The Aries apartment, with central air-conditioning, is situated on the second floor of a renewed building with elevator where you can find two other apartments for rent: Aquarius and Andromeda apartments.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The apartment is located on a quiet street just off one of Palma's main shopping streets: C/San Miquel. The San Miquel Street leads in to the centre square Placa Mayor and the intricate maze of small streets full of boutiques and bars that is Palma centre.
It is also very near to the bus and train station on Placa Espanya where for example the airport bus stops and the famous Soller train line begins.
