Aviana Resorts, a private gated community with 24 hr security, is well located in the tropical landscape of Davenport, Florida. It's just a short drive to Disney (15min) and Champion Gate Golf Course (< 10mins), with easy access to all theme parks and attractions in Orlando. On the grounds Aviana, there is a brand new community clubhouse that is open to all guests. Inside the clubhouse you will find a lounge, a fitness center, a computer lounge, and a game room. Directly outside of the clubhouse, you can enjoy and relax by the large swimming pool and spa. Also, there is a small putting green, a children’s play area, and volleyball/badminton courts.
