Our second Vacation rentals is Located on 92802 as well. We just renovated the entire house and we add new waterfalls,plaster to the pool. You can see the fireworks from the pool area in your own back yard. The other side of the house is another area for the kids to play with BBQ and Gazebo. At the front of the house is the grass area with fruit trees with a fence for security with the little ones. The garage is converted to game room with foosball table and pool table,washer and dryer for yourconvenience. For more Pictures just click on this video:

$100 Cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled reservations.
• Additional Fee may be applicable (i.e., Optional $150 per week for heating the swimming Pool, etc.) Our Pool is not a regular standard pool is really big and cost more to heat. 22' x44'.
Temp with heated pool will be approx 80 F remember this is not a hot tub.
Full payment must be received 60 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation must be in writing 60 days prior arrival.
You can pay by Cashiers Check or PayPal.
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation dates become open and available to others on a first come first serve basis.
Check in 3pm, check out 10:30 am
Minimum stay in Low season is 4 nights
Minimum stay in High and Peak season is 5 nights
