You'll love the new decor and furnishings tha will make you feel as if it were you second home. The spacious country kitchen has everything you'll need, even a crab pot! Just sit outside in the oceanside 12 x 18 screened in porch, and listen to the waves with the beach only 110 feet away.
The lush landscaping includes newly sodded St. Augustine, tropical follage, and a sprinkler system that irrigates at 3:00 a.m. every morning.
For your convenience, we have linens, beach towels, paper and cleaning products, beach chairs, beach toys, washer-drier, small grill, 2 DVD players and a nice collection of adult and children's DVDs, children's books and games, a new denim queen sleeper in the living room, 2 large TV's, cable with HBO, a local phone, and a FREE GIFT TO TAKE HOME!

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The beach house is located at 836 N. Fletcher Avenue 5.5 blocks north of Main Beach Park on the quiet end of Fletcher (A1A). It's only a bike ride or walk away from Ft. Clinch State Park, the Recreation Center, putt-putt, public tennis courts, and less than 2 miles from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.
Fort Clinch is definitely worth a visit. You can walk, bike, jog, or drive in for a small fee. Tour and even fish from its pier. Surf fishing requires no license, but pier fishing will.
Historic Downtown has a host of activities from carriage tours, nightly walking ghost tours, casino cruise, sunset cruise to Cumberland Island to view wild horses, charter fishing, charter flounder gigging, restaurants, shops, and the oldest saloon in America--the Palace Saloon with its infamous Pirates Punch!
You'll also enjoy wonder beach shops and a spectacular waterfall putt-putt! Golfing is abundant! Jacksonville's Zoo is less than an hour away and definitely worth the trip.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rates and based on length of stay and peak seasons. Off season rates (after Labor Day through end of Feb. and May before Memorial Day) are only $895 plus tax per week. Peak season weeks are only $1295 plus tax per week. Shrimp Festival and GA-FL 3 day weekends are $555 plus tax and $70 cleaning. 4th of July week is only $1495 plus tax. Weekly vacations have complimentary cleaning. Off season or cancellation times enable less than weekly availability ranging from $99-$185/night.

Deposits:
To hold a reservation, emailed rental agreements will need to be completely filled out, keep a copy, mail an original with 1/2 of the vacation, & attach a voidable $200 security deposit, or charge it.
