1 1/2 miles south of San Pedro, our 2-story 5 bedroom peach villa and one bedroom guest house has all canopy beds, the largest private pool in Belize, an 8' high bronze horse fountain from Versailles, and a life size chess game on the beach. Guides for snorkeling, scuba, fishing and trips to the Mayan ruins, cave tubing, beach BBQ snorkel trips, etc,, can pick you up at our dock. We have daily maid service, and our cook and her assistant cook three gourmet meals for our guests each day. The Italian architecture sets this villa apart, with 12' high ceilings, stained glass, and antiques. The antique bar has seating for three at the front, and the back has lighted curved glass shelving, and antique Mayan artifacts. The living and dining rooms have all white upholstery, and the verandas on both levels are sixty feet long. The guest house has a jacuzzi tub and the ceiling over the bed is antique stained glass, with indirect lighting. The guest house has two balconies, also.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Casa Tortuga Villa is 1 3/4 miles south of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. We have bicycles for our guests use, or you can take a taxi van to town, which seats up to 10 passengers, for a flat rate of $7.50. You can also rent a golf cart by the day or week. The activities in the area include snorkelimg, scuba divimg, fishing, sailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, parasailimg, kayaking, golf, birdwatching, trips to the Mayan ruins, manatees, cave tubimg,ziplining through the rainforest canopy, and relaxing by our pool.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
SEPT 10-NOV 14: $ 950.00/NT
NOV 15-MAY 12: $ 1,200.00/NT
MAY 12-SEPT 9: $ 1,050 .00/NT
If a cancellation is made 60 days before the arrival date, all but 10% will be refunded, If a cancellation is made after 60 days before the arrival date, all but 10% will be refunded if the villa can be rebooked.
Guests can change their dates for a 10% fee as well.

A deposit of one half of the total is due 7 days after the reservation is booked.
the final payment of the second half is made 60 days before the arrival date.
