HOW TO MAKE THE BEST OUT OF YOUR STAY IN MARRAKECH
The lazy side
Besides hanging around in the house, sunbathing on one of the terraces and visiting the near Souks, Marrakech offers many ways to relax. You can:
enjoy the sun at the pools of Le Jardin des Palmeraies (100 DH entry p.p.), a club beside the Golf Palace Hotel, with tennis, horse back riding, mini golf, golf etc..
or
have a fantastic lunch (400 DH p.p., not on Peak Season, reservation requested) at the pool side of the Hotel Mammounia, the Marrakech Legend, with a little walk through the Orangerie
or
have, after an 1-hour-drive, lunch in a marvellous flower surrounding of Le Roseraie
at the foot of the Atlas. Why not continuing to the famous La Gazelle D’Or (plus 3.5 h) in Taroudant?
The busy side
Besides playing golf and riding horses, there are many other activities (flying, climbing, camel riding, Polo, sightseeing, shopping and bargaining, or enjoying the Hamman, the traditional steam bath with massage, in the Medina

Najat and Habib live in a side part of the house with their family and will try to do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Breakfast
The day begins with a wonderful breakfast of your choice on the terrace (warm and sunny) or under the palms (cool and calm). Make your choice in the evening before (best coffee in town, croissants, fresh orange juice and fruit salad).
After breakfast either enjoy the sun on the terrace, the Souks or other surprises of Marrakech, or one of the many excursions.
Lunch
If you want to stay in the house over lunch, ask Najat for suggestions for light meals (e.g. omelette and fruits).
Dinner
Dinner in Morocco is a big event. In Dar Medersa you should tell Najat one day before what you would like to have and how many you are (you can invite guests, up to 12 people are possible). The kitchen of Najat is renowned as one of the finest of Marrakech, but it is all Moroccan style. So no spaghetti and steaks! If you are missing European food, there are very fine Italian and French restaurants in Gueliz, the European quarter of Marrakech (see address list).
