Traditional Maine Shore Cottage on the Water with Ocean and Lighthouse Views
Specific information about property
Our traditional Maine fisherman's cottage has been completely renovated for your comfort and enjoyment. Located in the heart of Downeast Maine, we are located one hour from Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, and Mt. Desert Island. Our cottage sits on 1 3/4 acres with over 350 feet of rocky and sandy Maine shore on a deep water bay. The cottage has open views of Pigeon Hill Bay, Bois Bubert Island, the north Atlantic and Petit Manan Island lighthouse. The Petit Manan (now called Coastal Islands) National Wildlife Refuge is 1/2 mile from our cottage door at the end of our two lane blacktop paved road. Enjoy the quiet beauty of rural coastal Maine while still within an easy drive of Acadia National Park, many small Maine fishing villages and lighthouses, and other scenic attractions. If you enjoy hiking, climbing, walking, biking, birding, photography, kayaking, shelling, coffee drinking, snoozing, and beautiful views, then our cottage is for you.
