A Suite at Kitsilano Cottage is a single, upscale, self-contained, garden level suite. It is approximately 825 square feet. There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. There is, a double sized sofabed in the living room. The furnishings are a blend of antique and authentic hardwood reproductions in the Craftsman or, as our guests from the United Kingdom fondly refer to it, Macintosh style. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting and generous closet space. There is also a double sofabed in the living room. Light oak hardwood floors and picture window with a view of a lush, English garden style front yard brighten this area. The deluxe cook's kitchen features side by side refrigerator/freeze with ice maker and filtered water, ceramic top self-cleaning range, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances, including both espresso and drip coffee makers. The unit's private entrance is off a small, private, sunken patio, tucked away in a fenced front yard. We offer a separate private phone line, digital cable offering Pay Per View + Video On Demand and DVD/VCR for the flat screen LCD TV, stereo with FM/CD/Cassette, guest bicycles with helmets, broadband via Ethernet & WiFi, (we were 1st, in Vancouver to offer guests complimentary high speed internet access), in suite washer & dryer and a self catered complimentary continental breakfast, for your first morning.
